The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - Hampton, VA
Lobby and public space renovation including two bars and a restaurant. In addition to design and construction of an outdoor canopy structure for waterfront bar. This construction project required additional coordination with operations and ownership due to the condition of the property when our team took over from a previous contractor and the job was restarted. Additionally, we assisted in redesigning certain aspects of the project due to lack of proper construction drawings. Throughout the renovation, value engineering was utilized to select finishes for all areas to meet revised budget of owners along with sourcing local craftspeople and suppliers for specialty finishes. The team managed implementation of all millwork and coordinated communications with New York based design firm. Lastly, we assisted with design, permitting, and approvals.
Home2 & Hampton Inn - Towson, MD
New construction dual-branded property comprising 224 total rooms. Property is NGBS certified and located on an infill site, situated around a college campus, and part of a larger mixed use development including student housing and retail. Project delivery anticipated by end of year 2022.
Hampton Inn - Richmond, VA
Renovation of a 3-story existing Hampton Inn as per Hilton PIP, with an expanded scope as per client desire. Hotel experienced a first-floor reorganization with removal of pool room and addition of fitness center and one first floor guestroom, expansion to the second floor was added above the pool room to provide an additional three guestrooms. Total room count was increased by four to a new total of 84 keys. Full lobby, guestroom, and exterior renovation was completed to the most current Hilton design standards.
Hampton Inn - Mechanicsville, VA
Renovation of a 3-story existing Hampton Inn as per Hilton PIP, with an expanded scope as per client desire. Embassy Suites - Hunt Valley, MD
Full lobby, guestroom, dining, and bar renovation. Conversion of 8 story open atrium lobby into Hilton’s newest Embassy Suites Concept. Renovation in lobby dining area consisted of a made to order breakfast station, breakfast buffet, and 40 seat bar. Previous contractor was terminated by the owner. This “broken” construction project required additional coordination with operations and ownership due to the condition of the property when the job was restarted. Our team assisted in redesigning certain aspects of the project due to lack of proper construction drawings. Additionally, we worked on supporting project permitting and approvals.
Suburban Extended Stay – Williamsburg, VA
Conversion of standard guestrooms into efficiency long term stay studio suites. Full design build project including new MEP for kitchenettes and installation and procurement of all FF&E. Created all branding and touchpoints for conversion of hotel to extended stay. Designed and sourced kitchen equipment including full size appliances, cabinetry, and cooktops.
